1. Q: How good is this hob at simmering? Is the lowest setting too hot for simmering?

A: 60°C is lowest then temp increments are 80, 100, 120, 240 etc.  

2. Q: Why do I keep getting the symbol E05 ? It then beeps and temperature goes down..happening at 1200, 1400 and 1600. A:YL-20K66

induction hob 'E5' code shows overheating. Our product have overheating protection.

If you fried the food or cooking the meal,we recommend that use the temperature function. It will not overheating quickly.  

3. Q: Power and temperature must be set same time ? Or both re different? A:YL-20K66

induction hob power and temperature setting is separated. You can press the transfer sign, and then change the power and temperature setting.  

4. Q: Hi, Why hob does not work with many pans and cookers I have at home? Only works with very small pans that does not exceed to the inner white circle.

A: This induction hob is compatible with cast iron cookware, which consists of pots and pans with a base made of steel or cast iron. You can identify these either by means of the markings on the pan or by ascertaining whether a magnet clings to the base of the pan. Any non-magnetic cookware such stainless steel pot is unsuitable. And since the diameter of the induction coil is about 16～22cm, the induction hob is suitable for 12-26cm cookwares.  

5. Q: Do any of the power levels have an annoying pulse operation that makes pots boil over then do nothing in between? If so which?
